Candidates MUST submit ALL of the pieces of documentation outlined below at the time of application.  Failure to provide a complete application package will result in ineligibility for the subsidy and your application will not be processed. Funding for these subsidies will be dispersed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the funds have been exhausted, applications will no longer be accepted. To complete your subsidy application, you must also include with your application:

  • Verification of course completion through the Ontario College of Teachers or Letter of Recommendation from recognized AQ Provider
  • Verification of payment for course by way of official receipt issued by the course provider

Submitting Applications

Before submitting your application, please ensure that each of the required documents have been completed/attached. Each application MUST contain the following:

  • Completed, online application form
  • Proof of payment
  • Proof of course completion

Whenever possible, please submit supporting document files in PDF format.

Submit one application package per course completed.
