Summer Operating Hours

For the months of July and August, the DDSB Education Centre at 400 Taunton Road East, Whitby is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Registration, secondary school transcripts, and other services are available through this website.

Elementary school offices are now closed and will re-open Monday, August 31, 2026.

First day of classes for regular calendar schools is Tuesday, September 8, 2026. 

Please check calendars for start dates at all modified calendar schools.

Public Question Period Submission Form

Thank you for visiting. The Durham District School Board welcomes questions of a general nature on a variety of topics at every Regular Board meeting. Public Question Period is established in accordance with the terms of Section 5.12 of the DDSB’s Bylaws.

The Public Question Period Submission form will open at 9:00 a.m. on the Wednesday before the next Regular Board meeting and will remain open until 12:00 p.m. on the Friday before the next Regular Board meeting.
